We want you to be fully stoked on your Santa Cruz Skateboards gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and original-condition equipment and apparel. Please ensure all decks remain in their original shrink-wrap and apparel tags are attached to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that skateboard decks are padded to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
